Grants:
SCORE clients frequently ask: How do I obtain a business grant?  While the U.S. Government grant agencies and private organizations do provide grant money, they generally direct their assistance towards specific projects, charities, lending organizations and educational groups.  Rather than to individual small business owners.
These web sites provide information on small business grants, loans and start-up funding:
www.businessfinance.com  - Their mission is to provide accurate, unbiased business finance information.  This site maintains a database of more than 4,000 sources of business capital that can be searched free of charge

www.sba.gov  - Their Federal Grant Resource page discusses the agency's grant program.  The SBA Loan Programs page gives a snapshot of SBA loans.
